We take pride in developing unique products every month. We have handmade molds created through vacuum forming using durable and flexible, soft silicone. Therefore, they are easy to demold. However, due to the very detailed pattern of our molds, very minor issues may arise as follows. Nevertheless, these will not affect the beauty of the final product and its uniqueness in general. Please consider this carefully before purchasing. Since we do not accept product returns or refunds for the following reasons:
A few bubbles on the surface of the molds - it is difficult to avoid bubbles even when the molds are made in a vacuum, especially when the design has a lot of details.
When molds do not stand on their own or expand after pouring wax, etc. - we use soft silicone, so the mold may not be able to hold a lot of weight. Please use strong support around your mold to stabilize it and maintain its shape.
The wax will not reach the level at the top after pouring - since the molds are handmade, there may be instances where the support lines on the mold may vary slightly in height. Please insert a folded/thick sheet or similar under the area that needs more height to reach the top level.
