Terms and Return Policy
1. Change of Address - If you are requesting a change of address, please inform us before the scheduled date. Otherwise, your order will be shipped to the address you provided in your order's shipping address.
2. Canceled Transactions - We can cancel transactions, just let us know so we can process them immediately. We cannot cancel the product if it has already been shipped.
3. We received the wrong item/not as described - we are human and make mistakes occasionally, but we are keen to correct them in a way preferred by the buyer. If the received item is wrong or not as shown in the product listing images, we will ask you to send actual pictures of the received product, along with the packaging (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for us to be sure and for standard purposes.
4. DOA/Damaged upon receipt - We ensure that our products are packed correctly before shipping to avoid damage to the product. If you receive a damaged item, which may have occurred during shipping, please send pictures of the received product along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to verify and report immediately to our shipping department so they can take further action.
5. Defective/Not Compatible - We receive our items in large quantities, so there is a small chance that some may be defective. We ask you to send us photos/images of the received product as well as your original product (for compatibility issues) so we can compare the items and take the necessary actions. If you wish to return the product, please let us know the reason so we can provide RMA instructions.
