How do you use it?
1. Disinfecting toenails, nails, and tools.
2. Connect the sides of the embedded nail using the hooks on the device.
3. Use one hand to hold the central pivot point of the tool, then use the other hand to twist the nut to secure the device to the toenails. (The pivot point is in two directions for different sizes of nails)
4. Gradually intensify, so there is a feeling of stretching (without pain). Patients can soak their feet in warm water while making the correction.
5. Intensify a little every 10 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, take the feet out of the water and wait for 15 minutes until the feet dry.
7. Remove the device, reshape the toenail, and then place some medical cotton under the ingrown nails to prevent them from growing back.
Warning!
1. For patients with severely tight nails, professional treatment is recommended; do not attempt to correct it yourself.
2. It should be soaked for 10 minutes before the first strain.
3. For ingrown toenails on one side, please adjust the device to the appropriate angle, in case of harming the other healthy side. (Only tighten the side of the ingrown nail)
4. Gently buff the delicate toenails.
5. Corrections usually take 5-15 days, and are typically treated within 1-4 months. If used more frequently than recommended, please consider the strength to avoid damage.
6. Best time for care: It is best to do it right before sleeping, so you don't feel refreshed due to the pressure of the shoe.
7. Please use some anti-inflammatory medications in case of skin damage.
8. Please wear loose shoes and regular trimming toes.
