The standard service is China Air Mail or Hong Kong Air Mail.
The expedited service is China Post EMS.
We ship from Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Please contact us via email before payment if you would like to change the shipping address.
The standard service takes about 18-25 working days. Please note that this service is not trackable.
The urgent service takes about 10-15 working days. It can be tracked through the postal office website in your country (Chinese EMS website).
Shipping times during the holiday season (Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.) may be longer than usual. Please add an additional 5-10 days as a delay.
If you receive a defective product, the customer has up to 7 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange for a new product.
If you receive the wrong product, you must return the items in their original and unused condition, and they must also be in their original box and packaging.
