1 piece of rice draining basket, rice filter, fruit and vegetable draining sieve, kitchen supplies, multi-purpose small tools

Great basket! It holds at least two cups of rice, maybe three. The bottom is solid; you tilt it to allow water to drain from the small holes on the other side with a lip, so you can maintain a good grip on it. The holes are nice and small. No need to worry about rice grains slipping through. I can think of many other things you can rinse with it, vegetables as well as grains like quinoa and others. I love the oval shape. It's much easier to handle than a round sieve, and it holds more than just a large strainer. (That's what I was using.) It's good, made of sturdy plastic, not too rigid, and easy to wash.
